Pre-orders

  • The estimated shipping window displayed on the product page is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
  • Estimated shipping windows are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
  • Pre-orders may be canceled while the active preorder campaign remains open.
  • Once the preorder campaign has ended, all pre-orders become final and cannot be canceled.
  • After delivery, pre-orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy unless otherwise stated.
