We stand behind every Whirlbottle and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused.

• The original plastic packaging must be unopened and intact.

• The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Due to sanitary considerations, we cannot accept returns of used products.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To help prevent damage during transit, we recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Products damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process any approved refund as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
