Order Processing

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 24 business hours and prepared for the shipping carrier.

Processing times may occasionally be extended due to holidays, unexpectedly high order volume, inventory transfers between fulfillment facilities, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors.

Pre-orders

Products purchased through a pre-order campaign are not subject to the standard processing and delivery timelines described above.

Instead, each pre-order product page displays its own estimated shipping window. These estimates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, carrier delays, unexpectedly high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together when your pre-order is ready. We do not split shipments for mixed orders.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information within one business day of placing your order, please contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before shipment.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
